  • Basic necessities like food and medicine, as infrequently as possible
  • One form of exercise a day – for example a run, walk or cycle
  • Travel for essential work where the work cannot be done from home
  • Providing care or help for a vulnerable person
  • Gatherings of more than two people in public are not allowed, excluding people they live with
  • Police have powers to enforce measures, including fines and dispersing gatherings
  • All shops selling non-essential goods, including clothing and electronic stores, will be closed
