The controversial magazine cover that caused tensions with Phillip Schofield has been shared by Holly Willoughby on Instagram.
The This Morning presenters have had to come out and affirm their strong friendship after reports at the weekend that Phillip was ‘deeply unhappy’ about a doctored magazine cover that alluded to Holly being the “queen of TV,” as she wears a crown.

Sticking the boot in a little below the belt, the strapline to the front cover read: “How Holly Willoughby eclipsed Phillip Schofield and became Britain’s hottest TV star.”
This was like a red rag for Phillip and the magazine was forced to apologise to the TV presenter, with a letter being written to his management.
A source told The Sun on Sunday that “there has been a bit of tension,” and that “it all kicked off,” after Phil saw the published cover.
It was reported that Phil and Holly had only done the photo shoot as it was part of their contractual press obligations with ITV.
The source explained that “they did it on the understanding they would be given equal billing,” with the interview itself being about “their success and popularity as a duo.”
After the pair reaffirmed their friendship on Father’s Day, with gushing tributes to each other on Instagram, Holly, 38, has run the risk of inflaming the situation again by sharing the original magazine cover on her Insta feed.
Holly was reportedly “mortified and felt terrible,” that Phillip has been “usurped.”
In sharing the pic, Holly captioned it with “My partner on the telly and one of my best friends in the world… love you @schofe”
