Lavrov: No one should expect us to apologize

Russia: US wants to manage the world on its own, but it does not know how to do it.

In Ukraine, the second round of elections was held, while Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov gave messages on foreign policy. Regarding the annexation of Crimea after the overthrow of the government in 2014 in Ukraine, Lavrov said, ‘we have no fault in what is happening. Nobody should expect us to apologize.’

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov made important statements yesterday during the elections in Ukraine. Speaking to the channel of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Zvezda TV, Lavrov acknowledged that Ukraine in 2014 played an important role in the political fractions and divisions in the world. ‘Nobody should expect us to apologize. Because Russia has done nothing to make her apologize. The steps we took  in the last few years are in accordance with international law and UN charter,’ Lavrov added.
