Britain reduces the number of warplanes in Syria’

The British RAF Typhoon type 8 fighter jets will retreat next month, according  to the Daily Mail based on a report by military officials.

According to the report, 6 “RAF Typhoon” fighter aircrafts and 10 Reaper unmanned aircrafts will continue to operate in the Middle East.

A high-level military source made the assessment that the withdrawal of warplanes from the region would in no way weaken their determination in the missions against the Syrian regime.

This step of the UK drew attention as the decision to withdraw warplanes came shortly after the United States’ decision to withdraw from Syria.

US President Trump, in his messages on 19 and 20 December 2018, had said that they had completed the fight against ISIS, the only reason they were in Syria.

Emphasizing that it is time for the American forces to return home, Trump later gave a message of “slow and safe withdrawal”.
